The program offers real estate financing conditions with significantly lower interest rates than traditional financing. 

Financing conditions vary according to the income range, with the program divided into different categories.

Another priority of the project for this year is to help families headed by women, as well as families with children, adolescents and the elderly.

Last year, there were more than 450,000 contracted units. The goal is to hire 2 million units by 2026, making many properties available to the population.

How to participate?

Participation in the program varies according to the income range. Families that are in the urban or rural income range can access the program through a draw of their respective cities.

Already those in income ranges 2 or 3 have access to housing with lower interest rates. Negotiations are also done by Caixa.

General rules to participate

The goal is to ensure that people have access to decent housing.

The main rule refers to accepted income ranges.

Income Strip - Urban Area

  • Range 1: Family monthly gross income of up to R $ 2,640;
  • Track 2: Family Monthly Gross Income from R $ 2,640.01 to R $ 4,400;
  • Range 3: Family Monthly Gross Income from R $ 4,400.01 to R $ 8,000.

Income Strip - Rural Area

  • Range 1: Family annual gross income of up to R $ 31,680;
  • Track 2: Family annual gross income of R $ 31,680.01 to R $ 52,800;
  • Track 3: Family annual gross income of R $ 52,800.01 up to R $ 96 thousand.

Other General Requirements and Conditions

There are some requirements for participation . Among these conditions, it is necessary:

  • Do not have a property in your name;
  • The property must be located in the same municipality where the person works or resides;
  • You need to register and be in one of the lace tracks.
