  • Access the e-Title: On voting day, open the app and click on “Justification for absence”;
  • Fill in the data: Enter the requested information and proceed by clicking “Next”;
  • Confirm your location: The application will use georeferencing to verify that you are outside your electoral domicile;
  • Finalize the justification: After confirming the data, your justification will be automatically registered.

How to justify online voting after the elections?

If you are unable to justify your absence on voting day, don't worry: there is still time.

You have up to 60 days after the election to justify online vote, using both the e-Título application and the “Justify” available on the TSE website.

In this case, you will need to attach documents proving the reason for your absence, such as medical or work certificates.

Here's how to do it:
